Day-to-day operational business with time and performance pressure often prevents important but not (yet) urgent topics from being addressed in a targeted manner. These are frequently ‘long-running issues’ concerning leadership, collaboration, identity, culture, and the long-term future. This is precisely what I offer a Wisdom Roundtable for:

I facilitate a group of up to 6 people
- multi-perspective,
- win-win-win minded,
- solution-oriented,

by reflecting on the contributions of all participants, combining them, supplementing them with wisdom input and jointly leading to new insights and concrete results.

For my preparation, all participants submit their topics, concerns, and questions in advance. This also determines the time required for the Wisdom Roundtable, which consists of 100-minute sessions. A single 100-minute roundtable could also take place in an evening. A maximum of 4 roundtable sessions are possible in one day.

I charge CHF 1,000 per 100-minute roundtable session. Roundtable sessions can be held online or on-site. For 2 or more roundtable sessions in one day, I recommend having them on-site, ideally at a nice location outside the daily work environment. For on-site sessions, I also charge my travel expenses.

My goal for every Wisdom Roundtable: The topics discussed are jointly seen in a new light and understood more deeply - inspiring, motivating, and practicable.
